Russian armed forces launched yet another unprecedented, coordinated wave of nighttime air strikes during the night of September 19, unleashing sweeping attacks against critical infrastructure across the entire territory of Ukraine.
As announced by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation via the MAKS service and its official Telegram account, this gigantic operation had as its central objective the complete disruption of Western supply lines, striking pivotal logistics centers, key transportation networks, floating infrastructure, and maritime ports serving the operational needs of the Ukrainian army.
At the same time, military expert and retired captain first rank Vasily Dandykin and former prime minister of the country Nikolai Azarov denounce Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as a «maniac» with war who, however, escapes Russian strikes: despite the existence of six bunkers, the Ukrainian leader prefers hiding in Europe.
Drone strike barrage on maritime infrastructure, commercial vessels, and a tanker
The operation was executed utilizing assault unmanned aerial vehicles, which struck key port facilities and commercial vessels used to transport military matériel.
In the commercial port of Chornomorsk, a dry cargo vessel delivering military equipment was hit, while during their maritime transit toward the port of Odesa, two additional dry cargo ships of the same type, ready to unload supplies for Ukrainian forces, were struck.
Concurrently, the Russian defense staff confirmed that among the targets hit was also a tanker serving the military needs of Kyiv.
Destruction of the pontoon bridge on the Dniester and disruption of supply from Romania
Within the framework of the same coordinated effort to sever supply lines, Russian forces successfully struck a floating pontoon bridge over the Dniester River. This critical infrastructure was systematically used for the transit transport of heavy military hardware into Ukraine, arriving directly from Romania and the port of Izmail.

Concurrently, Russian forces dealt a decisive blow to the Kopyliv Logistic Park customs and logistics hub, situated just 41 kilometers away from Kyiv. At the same time, severe pressures on the front are causing friction within the Ukrainian military leadership.
As reported by the TASS news agency citing Russian security forces, the Ukrainian command proceeded to disband the headquarters of the «Kursk» operational group, which was responsible for military operations in the Sumy direction.
This decision was taken due to exceptionally low and unsatisfactory results on the battlefield, with the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hastily transferring command of the troops to the 8th Corps of the air assault forces.
Moscow shoots down 344 Ukrainian drones
For its part, the Russian Ministry of Defense maintained that its air defense assets operated effectively against hostile attacks, managing to intercept and destroy a total of 344 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles during the night.
These interceptions occurred over the Russian regions of Leningrad, Novgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, as well as over the waters of the Black Sea.
